Shipment

When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3 - 7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped.
Delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:
● Europe: 6 - 8 working days
● USA: 3 - 4 business days
● Australia: 2 - 14 working days
● Japan: 4 - 8 working days
● International: 10 - 20 working days

When will I receive my order?
It is difficult to predict shipping times. You can check the production times of our
Track products and add additional days for shipping.

Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand company that places orders with facilities on
around the world. Depending on where you are, orders are shipped from the
facility that can do so most efficiently.


Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
International orders may incur additional customs and tax charges. These
Fee is beyond our control and is set by the local customs office. The
Customs regulations vary from country to country. Please inquire directly with
local customs office to see if they charge duties and taxes on your purchases.


My order should have been here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before you contact us, please help us by doing the following:


● Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
● Check with your local post office to see if the package is there.
● Ask your neighbors if the courier left the package with them.


If the delivery address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or your neighbor
has been submitted, please contact us by email stating your order number.

How are the products created?
We work with a print-on-demand provider. They have locations all over the world. Depending on where you are, orders will be processed and shipped by the facility that can do so most efficiently.


How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, send us anemail .


I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please send us anemail within one week with photos of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about your order. We will propose a solution as soon as possible.


Returns


What is your return policy?
We work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered. To avoid overproduction, I ask you to think about the environment and not order unnecessary products.
If there is something wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Please let us know if there is something wrong with the order or if you
are dissatisfied by contacting us by email .


Do you offer refunds?
Refunds will only be offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, contact our customer support at info@artfulprintapparel.de with photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will take care of it.


Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Because we work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces items when they are ordered, we do not currently offer exchanges.
To avoid unnecessary production of items, check our size charts to check which size fits. We have one for every item in our store in the product description.
While rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please notify us at info@artfulprintapparel.de within one week of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and photos of the incorrectly labeled item. We will send you a new one or refund your purchase price!

Personalized items

Exchange and return

We attach great importance to ensuring that every product you order from us meets your expectations and wishes. Since all of our products that you can find under the heading
" Design your unique piece " is personalized and individually made especially for you, making it unique and tailored exactly to your needs.

Please note that personalized items are excluded from our exchange and return policy. This means that we cannot offer returns or exchanges on personalized shirts unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.

We ask for your understanding that this policy ensures that every item you order from us is produced exclusively for you. Before ordering, we recommend that you carefully check all personalization details to ensure that your product turns out exactly as you imagine it.
