1. How can I order a T-shirt?
To order a t-shirt, first select the design you want from our collections, then choose your size and the number of t-shirts you want to purchase and click "Add to Cart". Follow the checkout instructions to complete your order.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

3. How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
The delivery time is usually 3-10 working days within Germany. For international shipments, the delivery time may vary. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of the package and the delivery destination.

4. Can I personalize my order?
Yes. You can design and create your own products > HERE <. Personalized and self-designed items cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery status of your order on the shipping provider's website.

6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Personalized items are not eligible for return. 7. How do I care for my printed T-shirt?
To ensure the longevity of your printed T-shirt, we recommend washing it at a maximum of 30°C, turning it inside out and not tumble drying. Avoid ironing directly on the print.
